I am delighted you’re here.
I am often asked how I came to “do what I do.”
Simply put: I didn’t “become” or “do” anything, not in the way most people mean anyway.
I believe - and unequivocally know - living deeply connected within the transpersonal, magical, Web of Life is the essential nature of all of us, of all of Life. We each have unique gifts and medicine to nurture and share within that web.
My profound, intimate relationships with my Helping Spirits, Allies, Spirit Teachers, and Nature have been with me my entire life (and across many dimensions and timelines), supporting and nurturing me and my medicine. I most gratefully live without barriers between realms because my way of relating and connecting with Spirit and Nature is part of my medicine and journey, my signature Soul Expression.
A deep and playful curiosity has led me on wonderfully colorful explorations, adventures, and remembrances across a wide range of Wisdom Traditions, modalities, and fields of interest with Spirit, Nature, and human teachers alike.
Shamanic Healing and Mediumship reside at the heart of my practice, anchoring my larger body of work, intimately informing my Worldview and the way I choose to move about in the world.
I am honored to walk with my clients and students through experiences ranging from profound personal and ancestral healing and integration, joyful connection with the vast transpersonal, awe-inspiring and evocative explorations, empowerment, embodied and conscious leadership, creative explorations, nurturing individual unique gifts,
and the supportive power of community.
I am profoundly humbled and inspired to witness and support others authentically showing up in the fullness of their personal power and unapologetically living their unique Soul Expression.
Freedom, sovereignty, and creative, soulful expression are everyone’s birthright.
I know first-hand that Life is both messy and beautiful. Life is perfectly imperfect, and we can hold all of it.

I have been offering private sessions, mentorship, and workshops professionally for several decades. I have also served in various arenas of corporate landscapes, my community, and academia. My corporate roles have ranged from clerical to executive, including extensive consulting across multiple industries and sectors. I have been humbled and honored to serve on town committees and within grassroots movements and organizations focused on education, the environment, and empowering others. My “formal” educational pursuits and degrees are in the areas of business, science and engineering, integrative health, and psychology.
I have a passion for Consciousness, Nature, personal power and sovereignty, Creativity, the environment, integrative health, innovation, and leadership. These forces and elements share deep intersectionality and are critical to ensuring our wellbeing and the harmony and sustainability of our planet.
Right Relationship with all things is essential. Right Action and Discernment are non-negotiable.
